Know what your store sent, and what actually arrived.
Every order, product and stock change in your Shopify store passes through Kubal on its way to the tools you use. Kubal keeps the record, retries what fails, and tells you when something stops working.

Shopify sends a message to each of your tools every time something changes. When one of those messages fails to arrive, nothing announces it. Your inventory drifts, an order never reaches the warehouse, and you find out days later from a customer.
Shopify retries a failed message for about two days and then stops. After that the information is gone, and there is no way to ask for it again.
What Kubal does
Keeps every message
Each change is stored when it arrives, so it can be sent again long after Shopify has stopped trying.
Retries properly
A failed delivery is retried on a widening schedule. A destination that stays broken is paused instead of being flooded.
Shows you the record
Every event, every attempt, every outcome. When a tool's vendor says they never received it, you have the answer.
Fills the gap after an outage
When a tool has been down, Kubal finds the period it missed and sends that stretch again, oldest first.
Checks data on the way out
A product with no price or an order with no address is held back rather than spread to every connected tool.
Tells you where it hurts
Alerts arrive in Slack, Teams, Discord, Google Chat, Telegram or email — in a sentence, not raw data.
What each of your tools is actually doing
Kubal reports, for every connected tool, how many events it received, how many arrived, how often it read your data and what it changed. A tool that receives everything and never does anything with it is worth a question, and nothing else in a Shopify stack will tell you that.
Send only what matters, in the shape that suits
Rules decide what each tool receives: only paid orders, only stock going below a threshold, only a particular region. You can reshape the data before it leaves, so a warehouse system gets the four fields it needs rather than a hundred it does not.
History, not just what happens next
A newly connected tool usually starts empty and only learns about changes made from that moment. Kubal can send your existing catalogue and recent orders through the same path, so a tool starts knowing your store rather than waiting to learn it.

If you build Shopify apps
Kubal can be the delivery layer between merchants and your product. Merchants approve exactly what you may see, in plain language, and you receive a signed, retried, ordered stream plus an API to read a normalised catalogue. You do not build webhook handling, retries or backfill again.
